How an order is handled

1. You pay at checkout, and The Fairy Shop does not take card details by phone or by email.
2. The Fairy Shop picks and packs within 1–2 business days and emails the tracking number as the label scans; the carrier then takes 3–7 business days to a US address.
3. The Fairy Shop ships free on orders of $49.00 or more inside the United States; below that the flat rate is $6.99.
